Naples Oral + Facial Surgery Implements Enhanced Practice Protections Program (ePPP) for COVID-19

We are now open for all patients and procedures.

Even before COVID-19, we maintained strict sanitary protocols exceeding ADA standards for the control and prevention of infectious diseases. But these times call for stricter measures.

For everyone’s health and safety, we’re implementing enhanced protocols for patient screening and social distancing and adding new steps to our existing infection control and prevention routine.

Here’s how we’ve enhanced our protocols to protect everyone’s safety

Everyone who enters our building, including our team, must:

• Wear a mask at all times
• Complete a COVID19 pre-screening questionnaire (which will be texted on your appointment day)
• Have their temperature taken before entering

Our HEPA air purifier is part of our enhanced patient protection.

Our heightened screening techniques will identify patients who can safely be treated in our facility while keeping our community safe.

We have installed special air purifiers in our office to protect you! Normally used in hospitals, these HEPA filtration devices decontaminate the air by removing harmful viruses, bacteria, and other particles.

As always, we encourage new patients to complete patient registration and medical history forms online before coming to our office, including attaching photos of driver’s license and insurance cards. We’ve also enhanced our touchless interactions like using DocuSign for all forms and accepting contactless payment through digital wallet payment options, such as ApplePay and text-to-pay, for your convenience.

In addition, we are practicing social distancing throughout our practice. Seating has been rearranged to provide at least six feet between people and we’ve decompressed the schedule to allow extra time between patients.

Curbside check-in allows patients to enter one at a time. Please help us limit traffic in the office to no more than one accompanying caregiver with each patient per appointment.

Our enhanced patient communications include using a text communication system that allows convenient pre and post-operative communications for quick and easy accessibility to our knowledgeable team for support.
